Cookies and Cream uses the services of E-Parcel (Australia Post) and Courier sPlease to deliver your orders. Australia Post (E-Parcel) We are proud to be able to provide a fast and secure service which can be tracked, offers insurance up to $1500 per parcel (extra cost) and is delivered to your doorstep. For your extra security all parcels must be signed for. All orders placed before 1pm EST are delivered the next business day in all capital cities and most regional centres. Other areas are delivered the following day. Couriers Please With the introduction of our funky new ranges of cars, bikes and trikes we have now taken on Couriers Please for any of our large deliveries. The cost of your delivery will depend on the size of the product ordered. We will have one flat cost per product to anywhere in Australia. (see Product Description for cost of freight)
All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or take them to your nearest post office. International Orders Cookies and Cream is pleased to announce that we are now accepting international orders. We will be charging a flat rate for all orders via Australia Post -Air Mail. (excluding bulky items) Order as many items as you like and pay the one flat rate. New Zealand $12 per order United Kingdom $20 per order USA/Canada $20 per order Asia $15 per order Pacific Islands $15 per order Rest of the World $25 per order Insurance is an additional cost of $5 plus $2.10 for every $100 or part thereof.
